Spices are healthy and have a lot of benefits for you!
Today, I will share with you a recipe perfect after a heavy or greasy meal. Delicious, it will help you digest and feel better without you even realising you’re eating something healthy.

Ingredients for the soup
- 1kg of button mushrooms
- 2 garlic cloves
- 600gr of chicken
- 2 teaspoons of dried ginger
- 1 tablespoon of turmeric
- 2 jars of soybean sprouts
- 1 jar of bamboo sprouts
- 1 vegetable stock cube
- 2 tablespoons of minced cilantro
- Ras el Hanout , a tea spoon
- salt, pepper, nutmeg
If you use chicken strips, it will be even easier. Even if it won’t have the same taste.

Preparation for the spiced chicken soup :
1 Peel and miced the garlic. Cook it slowly in a pot. Clean and slice the mushrooms (clean the mushrooms with a paper towel, no water because the mushrooms will absorb the water and their taste will change). Pour the broth into the pot. No need to salt, the salt is in the broth. Add the mushrooms.
2 While that, clean and slice the chicken. If you use chicken breast, just cut it into sticks. Seasoned generously with the pepper, ginger, turmeric and Ras el Hanout. Cook the chicken on cook-in film till all the pieces are browned.
3 Add the chicken to the pot, let it simmer for 5 more minutes. Then add the soybean sprouts and bamboo sprouts. Sprinkle with the cilantro. Then adjust the spices to your taste.
This soup goes well into the freezer.

Because of the warming spices and fiber content, this soup may gently stimulate digestion. If you’re not used to eating many spices, you might notice mild digestive changes at first — this is simply your body adjusting. This soup might also make you sweat a lot.
If you notice persistent digestive changes or unusual stool color, consult a healthcare professional. If you keep sweating a lot after some hours or a day, consult a healthcare professional too. Better safe then sorry.
And drink water. Its important to drink water when we sweat a lot. Take care of you 💛
