With Halloween that is coming, its the whole ghosts and other creatures theme that is coming too! For this so special occasion, I propose to you and your family a super cool activity for those who love Halloween!
I propose that you and your family transform into Ghost-busters and go hunt down ghosts!
Firsts steps for the ghosts hunting : make the ghosts!
In a half thick cardboard, preferably already white ( you can find white cardboard in some supermarkets that sell generic brands.), draw then cut some ghosts!
If your kids are old enough, let them draw and cut the ghosts themselves!
Then with a black sharpie, they can draw funny faces on the ghosts and even glue some wiggle-eyes. They can draw scary faces too.
Make any amount that you want , I would still advice on making at least 4 per people that want to play the game that is coming up.
Now time for the second part of the activity!
You need a sheet of paper, a crayon, a ruler and a plastic sheet or a laminator. If you have a chalk board or a magic board (Im sorry English isn’t my main language, but its the toy that kids have. A tiny plastic board with a false crayon and a button. Its made of magnets that turn gray? xD if you see what it is please tell me in comments) anyway. It can work too for this part of this activity.
You have to make a map. You choose a room that will be the field to hunt the ghosts. Please choose a room where its safe to play and nothing can be break by the kids searching for the hidden ghosts.
Then it’s time to hide the ghosts! All players leave the room. A person hide all the ghosts and mark on the map where the ghosts are.
Then there are tow ways to play this game :
With the map, usually for the younger ones, so they can vaguely know where the ghosts are.
Without the map, and the person who had hidden the ghosts say if all the ghosts have been find or not.
Then when all the ghosts have been find, we count the points to know who had win the game!
(When all the ghosts have been find or when the players has enough play. The map can now be used to find all the ghosts left and that way you don’t lost any of them.)
